This custom-built residence beautifully breathes a fresh and modern spirit into classic East Coast tradition. The distinctive Gambrel roof thoughtfully brings the timeless charm of the Hamptons to life here on the Eastside. The design perfectly balances elements that are both modern and traditional, while maintaining a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail was carefully planned and executed from the ground up by our dedicated team to create a harmonious and inviting home.
Inspired by the owners' memorable time spent in New Orleans, this new construction in Yarrow Point beautifully combines classic architectural lines with an eclectic and thoughtfully curated decor.
A complete remodel down to the studs was undertaken on a home originally built in 1997 that, unfortunately, looked like it was designed in the 1980s on the inside. The grand East Coast–inspired home is situated in a wonderful location with a beautiful view, yet it lacked the impressive street presence one might expect. We thoughtfully remodeled every room, added a distinctive and inviting front porch, and introduced a striking, cohesive palette that transformed the entire interior of the home.
A full remodel of a home that originally began as craftsman style residence and was in need of a complete and thoughtful refresh. With careful attention to detail and a focus on quality, we transformed it into a timeless shingle-style home designed to beautifully stand the test of time.
A grand Whidbey Island beach home in Washington State gets a much needed kitchen remodel. The owners wanted to refresh and renew while making the kitchen more practical for a growing extended family. We suggested pure white cabinets with honed marble counters and back splash for a clean and fresh look. The work island offsets the all white kitchen with painted grey cabinets and a very practical white quartz counter. A fire clay apron sink and chrome hardware and faucets give the kitchen a timeless appeal. Antiqued nickel pendants fitted with Edison bulbs give the lighting a vintage feel. We love how this kitchen turned out!

The Kirkland residential home we designed from the ground up beautifully echoes the timeless feel of a residence from Seattle’s past. Old homes possess a unique charm and warmth that is often difficult to replicate, but through careful planning, thoughtful creativity, and the use of classic design elements, it is possible to create a home that captures the essence of yesterday’s elegance and character while perfectly accommodating the needs of today’s modern family.
We helped a couple in Bellevue who wanted to manage their home remodel but needed a push to start. We gave them ideas and guided them with resources and places to find materials. The project was a success, and the results are excellent. Teamwork and hard work made it happen.

A ground up restoration of an historic turn of the century Kirkland home. Lovingly restored while adding features for the new century and today's modern family.
A simple yet tasteful remodel transformed a dated kitchen into a more modern and inviting space. Our clients wanted to update the kitchen while keeping costs under control by making the most of their existing cabinetry and appliances. By applying a fresh coat of paint, installing new countertops, and updating the fixtures, we were able to bring an entirely new appeal and renewed energy to the heart of their home.
